One of our Dream Disc runs, fresh off the press.
Every disc we sell is made right here in the USA, not on some overseas assembly line cranking out thousands of discs an hour. We keep our batches small, and that is not by accident.
It would be easy to run bigger batches. More discs off the line means more discs to sell. But when a run gets that big, quality control turns into guesswork. Someone spot checks a handful of discs and calls the whole batch good.
We do it differently. Small batches mean every single disc actually gets looked at before it goes in a box. Weight, dome, rim, the stamp itself. If something looks off, that disc does not ship.
Is it slower? Yes. Do we sell out of certain colors faster than we would like? Also yes. But we would rather ship discs we are proud to put our name on than flood the market with plastic nobody actually checked.
That is the whole idea behind Wing It. We are not trying to be the biggest name in disc golf. We are a small group of people who love the game, and we want every disc that leaves our shop to fly the way it is supposed to.
